She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Besecker and Retha Besecker (Gray); her husband Robert "Bob" Allen Short; her grandson Joshua; and her brother Jack.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Quinter and Vance Short; her grandchildren, Brittany, Christian, Logan, Lane, Caitlin, Tori, Jericho and Trace; and her brothers, Jerry Besecker and Scott Besecker (Pat). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
