She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fess and Margaret Fess; and her brothers, Philip Fess and Don Fess. She is survived by: her children, Rodney Bertsch of Hamilton and JoAnn Shinall of Freeport, Florida.; her siblings, Bob Fess and Sue Reeser of Homosassa, Florida.; her grandchildren, Rachel Supinger, Kiefer Bertsch, Tyler Shinall and Kalah Porter; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn Supinger and Selah Shinall.

In lieu of flowers, the family feels Connie would much rather you enjoy a banana split and spend some time playing video poker at the casino of your choice in her honor.
