She was predeceased by: her parents, Buster "Buck" Blackburn and Peggy Blackburn (Belcher); her brother Larry Blackburn of Minford; her grandson Nicholaus Colley (Nickle) of Minford; her nephew Michael Smith of Minford; and her son-in-law Patrick Gilligan of Portsmouth.

She is survived by: her children, David Bishop-Gilligan of Sidney, Tammy Bishop of Sidney and Michelle Colley (Todd) of Minford; her grandchildren, Dustin Cornett (Michelle) of Sidney, Dillion Cornett (Brianna) of Sidney and James "JD" Colley (Haley) of Minford; her pet Taz; her close friend David McGill; and her siblings, Margaret Gillem (Doug) of Pemberton, Annette Smith of Minford, Perry Blackburn (Rosie) of Minford and Gary Blackburn of Jackson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to the funeral home to help offset expenses.
