She is survived by: her children, David Middleton (Jill) of Piqua, Tammy Patrick (Greg) of Piqua, Richard Middleton II (Shannon) of Sarasota, Patrick Middleton (Edna) of Piqua, Mike Middleton (Reiko) of Okinawa and Lisa Meckstroth (James) of Piqua; her grandchildren, Natalie King (Joe), Lee Middleton (Kelly), Megan Adams (Chad), Nicole Houston (Michael), Jake Middleton (Oksana), Zach Gracey, Cole Middleton, Katie Bowman (Jessie), Victoria Hicks (Mike), Krystal Lawson (Jordy), Katie Farris (Steven), Kris Middleton (Liesel), Shanna Payne (Jeremy), Jim Meckstroth (Kelli), Justin Meckstroth and Joshua Meckstroth (Kelly); her sister Deborah Nicodemus (Donald); her niece Joy Dearth (Dave); and her nephew Steve Nicodemus. She is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
