She was predeceased by: her parents, Royce Knipp and Peggy Knipp (Davey); her husband Larry Webb; her brother Mike Knipp; her grandson Conner Miller; and her great grandchild Madelyn Castillo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stacey Miller (Charles) of Sidney and Carmen Webb of Sidney; her grandchildren, Brittany Miller, Rebecca Miller and Aubrianna Webb; her great grandchildren, Kenzleigh Castillo, Sawyer Castillo and Armani Spear; and her siblings, Steve Knipp and Cheryl Fish of Wichita, Kansas..
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Glen Cemetery (17500 OH-47, Sidney, OH 45360).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice in Deborah's memory.
