She was predeceased by: her parents, W. V. Wilt and Bertha Wilt (Rickert); her husband Karl J. Freytag; her son Terry L. Billing; and her stepdaughter Elizabeth Jacobites.
She is survived by: her daughter Dawn E. Billing; her daughter-in-law Diane M. Billing; her grandchildren, Jason Billing (Sharon), Katrina Howell (Nick) and Rebekah Billing; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Ryan, Jackson, Lee Billing, Nolan, Wyatt, Sammy Howell and Jordan Billing; her brother Don Wilt (Phyllis) of California; her stepsons, K. John Freytag (Deborah) and Daniel Freytag (Jean); her stepson-in-law Don Jacobites; her stepgrandchildren, Sarah Freytag, Adam Freytag (Jennifer), Wes Freytag Lemons (Christie), Ben Freytag, David Freytag (Suzann) and Steven Jacobites; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Elias Freytag, Analia, Luca, Isla Lemons, Everett Freytag and Susanna Freytag.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Shelby Oaks Golf Club (9900 Sidney-Freyburg Rd, Sidney, OH 45365).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shelby County Animal Shelter or Wilson Hospice.
