He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Jr. Waters and Ina Waters (Kidd); his brother Sonny Waters; and his nephew Bobby Williams. He is survived by: his wife Kathrine Stout; his son Alec Waters of Columbus, OH; and his siblings, Shelia Mae Williams (Bill) and Gary Waters. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
