He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Samuel and Ruby Frances Bollinger (Mitchell); and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Fred H. Bollinger Jr. (Lorie) and Tammy Bollinger; his cousins, Alan, Tom and Dave Bollinger; and his pet Gizmo.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Spring Grove Cemetery.
