He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Figley and Hilda Figley (Hartmann); and his wife Judy Fuller. He is survived by: his children, Jill Bisbee (Mike) of Sidney and Fred M. Figley III of Botkins; his grandchildren, Taylor, Wyatt and Rachel Bisbee; and his sister Joann Cain of Sidney.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County in Fred's memory.
