He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred DeVelvis and Leona DeVelvis (Kies). He is survived by: his children, Danielle DeVelvis and Shad DeVelvis; and his siblings, Jim DeVelvis (Vickie), David DeVelvis (Linda), Terry DeVelvis, Judy DeVelvis and Diane Bender.
