She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Lee and Clarissa Ooten (Hicks); and her sons, Michael R. Ledford, James Chambers and Jay Lenhart.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas J. Lenhart, Sr.; her children, Bonnie, Randy Mekelburg of Ft. Loramie, OH, Cindy Koenig of Conover, OH, George, Terri Cecere of Centerville, OH, Mark, Jenny Lenhart of Botkins, Tom and Ami Lenhart, Jr. of Sidney, OH; and her siblings, Gary of Oneida, TN, Ann Ooten of Oneida, TN, Janis Mouk of Oneida, TN, Ann Carr of Oneida, TN and Linda King of Oneida, TN. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
