He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Sr. Thebert and Jarriette Thebert (Clark); and his niece Megan Rose Sauer. He is survived by: his wife Janice Thebert (Russell); his sisters, Colleen Thebert, Deb Scheel (John) and Barb Sauer (Kevin); and his siblings-in-law, Tina Jones (Chuck), Jayne Olson (Jeff), Tim Russell and Ted Russell (Monica). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

“Very sorry to hear of Glenn's passing. He had mentioned being sick, and recently hospice. My deepest condolences to his family. Glenn and I played a online game together, many years now, he will be missed! I knew him as BullWinkle, and when he was in the lead, he would say,"and a Moose shall lead them!" The world is abit dimmer without him. Glenn, ride on my dear friend, you will always be O.G.!”
