He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Parsley and Nancy Parsley (Beverly); his son Jackie Parsley; and his brother Torriano Parsley. He is survived by: his wife Diane (DeBorde); his children, John Parsley (Amber Latimer) of Sidney, Monica Parsley of Columbus and Annette Amburgy of Sidney; and his siblings, Derrick Parsley and Terry Parsley. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
