James Phelps Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Phelps and Patsy Phelps (Scott); and his daughter Tiffany Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Phelps (Roe); his son Jimmy Phelps Jr.; his brother Dave Phelps of Sidney; and his stepsons, Chad Tipps (Angela) and Brandon Tipps (Stacy) of Piqua. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
