He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Welsh Jr. and Pauline Otting (Naseman); his siblings, Joe Welsh and Patsy Naseman; and his brothers-in-law, Kevin Orndorff and Ike Swisher.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon (Barnes); his sons, Tyler Welsh of Sidney and Troy Welsh of Sidney; his stepdaughter Kendra Berryman (Rob) of Anna; his sisters, Jean Standley (Tim) of Sidney, Sue Hunkler (Joe) of DeGraff, Joyce Ellis (Paul) of Anna, Kim Swisher of Sidney, Mary Orndorff of Sidney, Betty Ike (Tim) of Kettlersville, Rita Platfoot (Dave) of Anna and Beth Russell (Wayne) of Anna; and his grandchildren, Brayden Welsh, Marissa, Julia and Alison Berryman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
