He was predeceased by: his mother Marcia Slonaker (Worthington). He is survived by: his father John R. Slonaker (Linda) of Troy; his wife Denise "Dee" (Boblit); his children, Chad Slonaker (Sarah Wesbecher) of Sidney, Travis Slonaker of Oakwood, OH, Allison Zaleski (Pius) of Dublin, OH and Matthew Slonaker of Westerville, OH; his grandchildren, Beckett Zaleski, Addyson and Kayden Wesbecher; his niece Chelsea Applegate (Jeff); and his great-niece Caitlyn.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (302 S Main Ave, Sidney, OH 45365). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at the Glen Cemetery (17500 OH-47, Sidney, OH 45365).
Memorials to honor Mike may be made to Day City Hospice and Vancrest-Upper Valley Nursing Home.
