He is survived by: his wife Kathy Whitehead (Lewis); his children, Ashley Kelly (Luke) of Findlay and Bryan Whitehead of Sidney; and his grandchildren, Brayden Whitehead, Camden Kelly, Shayne Kelly and Rivers Kelly.
