She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Horn and Kathryn Horn (Smith); her husband Edward L. Vance; her son Timothy Price; her grandson Rodney Fuller; and her nephew Steven Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Price (Cindy), Amanda Young (Jonathan) and Mary K Rachel (Brian); and her sister Elaine Mitchell (Gene). She is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren, Twenty-one great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
