We bid farewell to Kathleen Ann Higgins of Sidney, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 9, 2026 at the age of 93. Kathleen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Scott and Catherine Scott (O'Malley); her husband Dennis Higgins; her siblings, Pat Scott, Lee Lange and Mary Barron; her granddaughter Faith Campbell; her son-in-law Rodney Campbell; and her brother-in-law John Laframboise.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia "Patti" Campbell of Sidney, Dennis Higgins (Charla) of Chelsea, MI and Kevin Higgins (Leslie) of Sidney; her sister Lucille "Lou" Laframboise of Chicago, IL; and her grandchildren, Kathleen "Katie" Fuston (Dustin), Danielle Patrick (Creighton), Rodney Campbell (Rachelle), AJ Higgins, Moriah Jolly (Cory), Kailey, Erin and Leah Higgins. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

Memorials to honor Kitty may be made to Lehman Catholic High School.
