He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mazingo and Opal Mazingo (Gross); and his cousins, Kenneth Mazingo and Geneva Teague. He is survived by: his children, John Mazingo (Ashley), Charles Mazingo (Alicia), Nicole Mazingo, Kayla Knight (Ray) and Daron Stepp (Lauren); his grandchildren, Memphis, Landen, Daedrean, Nevaeh, Aidan, Sierra, Liliah, Abigail, Jade, Max, Mallory and Wyatt; and his sisters, DeeAnna Deno (David) and Marie Nonnemacher (Sonny). He is also survived by his 4 great grandchildren.
