We announce the death of Maurice Kenneth Bartrug of Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on August 24, 2026, at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bartrug and Wanda Bartrug (Steele); his siblings, Deb Strunk, Denise Bartrug, Rick Bartrug and Robin Fosnight; his brother-in-law George Latimer; his nephew Darrin Darnell; and his great-niece Tiffany Crim (Charla Taborn).
He is survived by: his sisters, Connie Bundy of Sidney, Linda Williamson of Texas and Brenda Latimer of Sidney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
