She is survived by: her son Kyle Slade (Virginia) of Covington, OH; her grandchildren, Samantha Withrow (Caleb) of Jackson Center, OH, Tucker Wolaver (Lucinda) of Covington, OH, Dawson Slade of Covington, OH and Graceanne Lampley (Kyle) of Indian Head, MD; her great grandchild Caden Withrow; her brothers, Jimmy Wolfe (Connie) of Little River, SC and Jeff Wolfe (Debbie) of Sidney, OH; and her siblings-in-law, Tony Ritter (Linda) of Houston, OH, Judd Ritter (Candy) of Sidney, OH and Karlinda "Boots" Ritter of Pasadena, CA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sidney Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall (1345 Kuther Rd, Sidney, OH 45365).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of Miami County.
