She was predeceased by: her parents, Starling Lewis and Sarah Lewis (Worley); her husband Theodore Coffey; her son-in-law Tom Owen; and her siblings, Raymond Lewis, Roy D. Lewis Sr., Ray Lewis, Ellard Lewis, Willard Lewis, Addie Hughes and Betty Hamilton.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Coffey of Sidney, Bridget Steed of Sidney, Sondra Owen of Sidney, Rhonda Branscum (Carl) of Sidney and Kathy Sue Hamilton of Evansville; and her grandchildren, Joshua Ferguson (Jenny), Justin Ferguson, Brooke Cathcart (Nicholas), Daniel Branscum, Brittany Barnhart (Andrew), Sarah Laber (Micah), Anthony Steed, Stephanie Owen (Shane), Sandy Owen (Tim) and Mindy Love (Jason). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Day City Hospice in Nancy's memory.
