She is survived by: her husband Tracy; her brothers, Duane Hentrich and Ken Hentrich; her sibling-in-law Tracy Carr; her son Matthew Leach (Tiffany); and her grandsons, Daniel, Isaac, Dylan and Tyler Leach.
Pam fought a tough battle with Alzheimer's disease with Tracy helping her through it.
