He is survived by: his parents, Richard Eugene Burns and Virginia Burns-Small (Flory); his wife Susan Casto-Adams; his children, Kristi Burns (Sarah) of Columbus, Brittany Burns of Sidney and Zach Cordray (Katie) of Quincy; his stepchildren, Heather Thomas (Jeremy) of Springfield, Stacey Burks (Brandon) of Mechanicsburg and Tabitha Adams of Springfield; his grandchildren, Ava, Maddox, Braxtyn Burns and Elylah Cordray; and his siblings, Dianne Burns of Sidney, Melody Jones (Brian) of Niceville, FL, Teresa Stackonis (John) of Sidney, Annette Berry (Jeff) of Zanesville and Jon Burns (Mitzi) of Sidney. He is also survived by ten step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.
