He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Gump and Grace Gump (Worthington); his wife Martha Gump; and his brother-in-law Paul Hostetler. He is survived by: his sons, Keith Gump and Kevin Gump (Janet); his grandchildren, Colin Gump (Sierra), Carly Gostomsky (Cambell) and Chloe Gump; and his sister-in-law Mary Burroughs (Mike). He is also survived by three nieces.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Point Cemetery.
