He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Peg" Flinn; his parents, Ernest Bulle and Agnes Bulle (Kah); his brother Robert Bulle; and his in-laws, Edward, Alice Flinn, Robert Flinn and Dr. E. Thomas Flinn.
He is survived by: his children, Christi Thomas (Robin Stemm) and Rodney Bulle of Sidney; his nieces, Donna Slagle (Dave) of Anna, Vicki Stephan (Pat) of Uxbridge, Debbie Holtzman, Karin O'Donnel (Kevin) of Miamisburg and Lori Goodman of Marion; Michael Flinn (Dee) of Post Falls.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to honor Roy may be made to the Sidney Fire Department.
