He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Frank" Fleming and Mabel Fleming (Carey); his wife Sara (Orick); his grandson Ned Burden III (Bud); and his siblings, Kenneth, Charles, John, James, Sarah Fleming, Mary Warfield and Blanche Ware.
He is survived by: his children, David Fleming (Lori) and Machelle (Ned Burden); and his grandson Travis Fleming (Tracie).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home (1401 Fair Rd, Sidney, OH 45365). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Sidney Church of God, 321 N. Wagner Avenue, Sidney, Ohio, in Sherman's memory.
