She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Zachrich Jr. and Janice Dee (Stratton); her husband Herbert Burton; her children, Julie and Wade Cotterman; her daughter-in-law Robin Burton (late Garth Burton); and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Osborne, Donald Osborne and James Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Mark, Monte (Loretta), Garth, Nathan, Joshua, Rachel, Latasha, Justin, Luke, Heather Burton and Stacy Hunt; and her siblings, Teresa Jarvie of Lima, Ray Zachrich of Lima, Gene Zachrich (Candy) of Lima, Tina Cotterman of Lima and June Rushlow of Lima.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Meaningful Life Ministries in Sidney, in Tammy's memory.
