With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Valera Slonkosky of Sidney, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond "Lowell" Brautigam and Gleneva Brautigam (Duckworth); her daughter Cynthia Huelskamp; her son-in-law Tony Streacker; her grandson Paul Anthony Streacker Jr.; and her brother Robert Brautigam.
She is survived by: her husband Richard F. Slonkosky; and her children, Teresa Streacker of Findlay, Pamela Huelskamp (John) of Sidney, Jacqueline Everett (Tim) of Sidney and Michael Slonkosky (Kit) of Sidney. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 44 great-grandchildren.
Memorials to honor Valera may be made to Wilson Health Hospice.
