She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wilkes and Maude Wilkes (Kilgore); her husband William Hovestreydt; and her siblings, Geraldine Maydak, Evelyn Draggaman, Carl Wilkes, Gloria Wilkes and James Wilkes Jr..
She is survived by: her children, David Hovestreydt of Sidney and Helen Hovestreydt-Scott of Sidney; her grandchildren, Jessica Hull (Matt), Jennifer Scott, Jamie Miller (Zach) and Gerrit Hovestreydt (Shaylynn); her great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Annie Ruth, Michael, Halley, Audrey and Allison; and her brother Frank Wilkes of Allen Park, MI.. She is also survived by her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
