He is survived by: his spouse Kris Ann Spencer; his daughter Emily Boerger of Troy, OH; his brothers, John Boerger (Liz) of Sidney and Tom Boerger of Sidney; his siblings-in-law, Amy Morrow (John) of Sidney, Karen Brown of Cincinnati, OH and Kenneth Spencer (Diana) of Sevierville, TN; and his mother-in-law Frances Spencer of Jackson Center, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
