He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Phillips and Clara Mae Phillips (Correll); and his siblings, Woodrow Coffey, Theodore Coffey, Jim Gilreath, Forrest Phillips, Gertie Gilreath and Gloria Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Renner of Sidney, Dale Phillips (Connie) of Sidney, Beverly Cundiff (Gary) of Sidney, Pamela Phillips of Sidney and Kimberly Noe (Jeffrey) of Sidney. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren on the way, and numerous nieces and nephews.
