It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William D. Schellenberg of Sidney, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon Schellenberg and Dorothy Schellenberg (Burkholder); his wife Bessie Marie Schellenberg (Smith); and his siblings, Robert Fruchey, Charlene Echols and Charles Gillespie.

He is survived by : his siblings, Ben Schellenberg (Michelle) of Piqua, Elizabeth Dodevich of Akron and Jeanne Long of Covington; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Gillespie of Sidney and Terry Echols of Sidney.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home (1401 Fair Rd, Sidney, OH 45365). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
