It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ann Grayzar of Smithfield, Ohio, who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Krulcik and Mary Krulcik (Barnas); her daughter Tracy Juliano; and her sister Leona Zifzal. She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Grayzar of Fairfax and Jennifer Grayzar of San Francisco, California; her siblings, Patricia Dawson and Edward Krulcik (Janey); her son-in-law Paul Juliano; her grandchildren, Michael Juliano and Alexandria Ashbaugh (Garrett); and her great grandchildren, Julian, Weston and Callen Ashbaugh.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Adalbert Catholic Church (39 Smithfield St, Dillonvale, OH 43917).
