He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Stenman and Esther Stenman (Stroh); his wife Phyllis Scheibe; and his siblings-in-law, Cathy Scheibe and Robert Markel.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Steinman (Jen), Holly Lutsch (Johnny), Rick Hoff, Sheri Howard and Tammie Roby; and his sister Betty Markel. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
