He is survived by : his children, Keith Eisenhower, Tony Rimel, Kristina Church and Tiffany Church; his siblings, Donald Church (Susan), Carl Church, Joyce Bent (Fran), Brenda Boughman (Charles), Hazel Grier (Bruce) and Sandra Holzmiller (Adam); and his girlfriend Amy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
