She is survived by: her significant other Russell Ernest Gaugler (Ernie) of Smithville, OH.; her partner's son Brian Gaugler; her children, Bill Tanner Jr., Robbin Carnell and Lisa Good; and her brother Curtis Horn. She is also survived by grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
