He is survived by: his wife Jane Hawk (Gerig); his sons, Eric Hawk (Judy) of Massillon, Mark Hawk of Orrville and Paul Hawk of Smithville; his grandsons, Andrew Hawk of Orrville and Lukus Hawk (Hayley) of Rittman; and his great grandchildren, Archer and Rowen Hawk.
