She is survived by: her children, Ray Ady, Jr. of Smithville, Mark Ady (Kathleen) of Smithville and Melissa Ady (Rob Nussbaum) of Smithville; her siblings, Chuck Palmer of Belmont County, Eddie Pittman (Cristy) of Wooster, Shirley Brown (Greg) of Woodsfield and Crystal Thomas of Massillon; her grandchildren, Jared Ady (Tori), Travis Felter (Ashley), Jessica Robinson, Cole Schultz, James Redfern, Lauryn Dias (Andrew), Jonathan Mast and Jaden Ady; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Amiah, Carter and Conor.
