He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Dayton (Watts); his stepfather Clyde Dayton; his father Slim Justice; and his siblings, Rodney and Judy Nerhrenz.

He is survived by: his wife Esther Mae Williams; his son Danny A.; his daughter-in-law Nina of Smithville; his daughter Jessica L. of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Madisyn, Brandt, Alexia and Trentton; his great grandchildren, Rylann and Kelsie; and his siblings, Pete Justice (Beth) and Darline Hettes.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ohio's Hospice LifeCare, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.
