With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty R. Nelson of Solon, Ohio, who passed away on August 22, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Dawson and Georgia Dawson (Kelley); her son-in-law Lloyd Haase; and her siblings, James Lewis Dawson, Louie Pearl Snider, Leota "Jo" Hall, Launa "Eddie" Law, Glenna Wilson and Mary Belle Dawson.
She is survived by: her husband Herb Nelson; her daughter Diana Nelson Haase; and her brother-in-law Darl Wilson. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and great- and great-great nieces and nephews.
