He is survived by : his wife Terrie; his children, Jane, Lisa and Blaine; his stepchildren, Lauren, Jennifer and Jason; his grandchildren, Bradley, Merritt, Kyra, Caleb and Lily; and his siblings, Tish, Walter (Carol), George (Sherry), Sally (David) and Annie (Marty).
