She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jeffrey Nerad; her children, Jennifer Fornatoro (Darryl) and Darren; her grandchildren, Dominic, Nathan and Noelle; her siblings, Marybeth Boylan (Michael), Michael Mazur (Terry) and Martha Doyle (Frank); her siblings-in-law, Jerry Nerad (late Jackie) and Elaine Weibley (Denny); and her nieces and nephews, Lisa, Michael Thomas, Luke, Meredith, Shannon, Michael George, Ryan, Calahan, Mason, Maxwell, Gaelyn, Jerry, Tom, Denny and Brian. She was also cherished by her mother, aunt, and sisters.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to one of Michelle's favorite charities: the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Rescue Village.
