He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley C. Brzezinski and Mary L. Brzezinski; Laura Salmacia (Ken). He is survived by: his siblings, Diane Brzezinski, James C. Brzezinski and Barbara Carey (John); his brothers-in-law, John Carey and Ken Salmacia; his siblings' children, Jay Brzezinski, Leslie Carey and Ryan Yost (Jennifer); and his great-niece Megan. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
