He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tom Fagan and Wilma Fagan; his wife Cheryl Fagan (Barnoski); his daughter Katie Tirabassi; his sisters, Nora DelPaine and Janie Rudolph; and his siblings-in-law, Dan, Kathleen Barnoski, John DelPaine and Dave Rudolph.
