She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Michael Clouse and Agnes Clouse (Noll); and her brother Charles Andrew Clouse. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Koblentz; her son Michael David "Mikey" Koblentz; and her siblings, Dr. Michael Clouse (Chris), Dr. Steven Clouse (Carol), James Clouse (Paula), Patti Saunders (Charley), Terri Hill (Tim) and Mary Brown (Dwight). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
