It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert McKenzie of Somerset, Ohio, who passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Delbert McKenzie to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Isaac and Betty McKenzie (Ward). He is survived by: his wife Sue McKenzie (Jones); his children, Jeremiah McKenzie (Danielle) of Pleasantville and Wendy Brown (Perry) of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; his grandchildren, Hannah, Chloe, Kenan and Jesse Brown; and his sister Betty Alice Maxwell (Alan) of Antioch, Tennessee.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Market St. Church of Christ (314 N Market St, Somerset, OH 43783). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the North Market St. Church of Christ North Market (314 N Market St, Somerset, OH 43783). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Olive Cemetery 23rd St. and Park (23rd St & Park Ave, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
