She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Baker and Ethel Baker (McClintock); her husband Carl Foster; and her siblings, Ella Jane Parsons, Georgianna Rutledge and Glen "Bo" Baker.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Matt Parsley (Kristina), Sarah Slagle (Jeremiah), Brian Fontanarosa (Chantel), Geena Crosby (Clay), Cassie Yinger, Ashley Grant (Jay), Hilary Brame (Cory), Garrison Probasco (Destinee), Owen and Clark Probasco; and her great grandchildren, William, Anna, Logan, Dylyn, Hunter, Caleb, Kayla (Cam), Andrew, Kory, Nataly, Lanora, Arabel and Grayson. She is also survived by great-great-grandchild due in May; and several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
