He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Campbell and Bertha R. Campbell (Freeman); and his siblings, Roberta Hawkins (Dick), John (Kathryn), Roger and Floyd Campbell (Janice).
He is survived by: his wife Jane Hillis; his children, Scott Campbell (Kathy) of Savannah, GA, Brad Campbell (Lucy Bartimole) of Upper Arlington, Eve Smith (Tim) of Thornville and Julie Fletcher (Tim) of Medford, OR; his brother Gayle (Dixie) of Gahanna; his grandchildren, Kristina Hoskins (Jason), Paul B. Campbell, Lucas Campbell, Charlotte Campbell, Emma Campbell, Ben Smith (Jessie Nauer) and Elizabeth Dumolt (Isaac); his great grandchildren, Thomas and Michael Hoskins; and his nephew Hillis. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home (203 S Columbus St, Somerset, OH 43783). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (5757 OH-383, Somerset, OH 43783).
